Timberline, by Elkhorn Digital

Custom websites for gun shops and gunsmiths.

Timberline is what I build every shop's site on. Your site gets its own look, your photos and your words, plus the tools a shop actually uses: build tracking, a mail-in form, dealer license checks and reviews. It's the same kind of work I did for Golden Valley Guns, without paying for all of it to be built from zero.

The demo is a real Timberline site. Click around, look up build TRK-2026-006, try it on your phone.

What's in it

Built around how a shop actually runs.

Every Timberline site starts with the things customers call you about, so they can answer those questions themselves.

Build status page showing a build at 67 percent

01

Customers check their own build.

Every job gets a tracking code when it comes in. Your customer types it in and sees the stage, the progress and your latest note. You update it from your admin in a couple of taps, and the phone stops ringing with "is it done yet?"

Live in-shop board showing builds in progress and ready for pickup

02

A live board of what's on the bench.

A public page shows how many jobs are in the shop, in the queue and ready for pickup. It's proof you're busy and doing the work, and it fills in on its own as you update builds.

Ship to us form on a phone

03

Mail-in work, without the mystery box.

Customers shipping you a firearm or a kit fill out two short steps and get a reference code to put in the box. When it shows up, you already know what it is and who sent it.

Dealer license checks

Look up a dealer's license against the ATF's list before anything ships. Your customers can search for a dealer near them too.

Reviews you can trust

When a build is ready, invite that customer to review it. Nothing shows on your site until you approve it.

News from the shop

Post what's new, what just came in or what you're working on. It shows on your homepage right away.

One login to run it

Update builds, post news, approve reviews, ask me for a change, see who's visiting and download all your data whenever you want.

The look

Six starting points. Then it's yours.

Pick the one that feels closest to your shop. From there it gets your logo, your colors, your photos and your words, and I adjust the layout until it looks like you and nobody else.

Pricing

Two ways to pay. Same site.

You get the same site and the same tools either way. The only difference is how you pay for building it.

Low start

The smallest first bill

You pay a small start fee, and the rest of the build is spread into your monthly payment. There's one minimum: stay until the build is paid off, which is 12 months on Starter, 20 on Pro and 28 on Elite. If you leave sooner, you just pay what's left of the build, plus your monthly through the 30-day notice.

Good fit if you'd rather keep cash in the shop right now.

Pay in full

The lowest monthly

You pay for the build up front, so your monthly is lower from day one. There's no minimum. You can leave any time with 30 days' notice.

Good fit if you plan to stay a while. The lower monthly makes up the bigger first payment in about a year on Starter, 20 months on Pro and 28 months on Elite.

Where Timberline came from

It started with Golden Valley Guns.

Golden Valley Guns builds and repairs firearms in Golden Valley, Arizona. I built their site from scratch: a store with more than 13,000 products and real checkout, build tracking with codes, a two-step mail-in form, dealer lookups, and one dashboard to run all of it.

It worked, and the parts every shop needs were the same parts. So I turned them into Timberline. You get that same work, built to look like your shop, without the cost of building it all from scratch.

Getting started

Tell me about your shop.

  1. You send this form. A few lines about your shop is plenty.
  2. I set up a demo with your name on it. A working Timberline site for your shop that you can click through for a week.
  3. You fill in one page, I build it out. Your info, your photos, the look you like. You go live on your domain, and billing starts then.

You deal with me directly, from the first message through launch and long after. Everything's in writing before we start, and if something on your site isn't right, you tell me and I fix it.
